With more than two decades of experience spanning industrial construction, contractor coordination, mechanical maintenance, and U.S. Coast Guard machinery operations, Derek has managed critical projects ranging from Kamyr digester upgrades and piping installations to mill-wide outages, capital improvements, and specialty equipment replacements. His approach combines real-world field experience with professional project management standards—including PMP-aligned methodologies, schedule leveling, scope development, risk mitigation, and cost control.
